Due to the nature of our handcrafted, all-natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or re-sold so, unless a product arrives damaged or we have made and error, we generally cannot accept returns. If you are unsure if you will like a scent of a product, you can order a sample. With this said, we want you to be happy no matter what, so if you are unsatisfied, please let us know and we will work with you to ensure that your experience is positive and happy. We do not refund shipping unless we have made an error, or the product was damaged or defective.
